Made from part of a reclaimed drawer, hand-painted lettering, ceramic drawer knobs, and découpaged hand-drawn hummingbird prints, this funny, cute, and useful piece makes you go “Hmmm…” I liked the irony in making “Hummers” in this piece refer to hummingbirds, as opposed to other quite different things with the same namesake. This piece could easily be used to hang aprons, kitchen utensils, or other medium-sized objects.
